Taxfix Asset Bank

Challenge

Taxfix is a leading European financial platform designed to simplify tax filing across Germany, Spain, and Italy. With a team of over 10 designers and freelancers working across different markets and campaign types, maintaining visual consistency was a constant struggle. The goal was to build a shared design system that brought order to the production workflow without limiting creative flexibility.

Approach

I led the design and build of the Asset Bank — a centralised Figma library built to make the team faster and more consistent. I focused on:

• Bringing together templates, product screen components, and over 700 mockups into a single, well-structured library.
• Creating a reusable system that reduced production errors and eliminated repeated work across campaigns.
• Organising assets intuitively, so any designer on the team could find what they needed without friction.

Solution

With the Asset Bank in place, producing static and video assets became significantly faster. Designers could pick up ready-made components and templates without reinventing the wheel for each campaign. The shared library brought a new level of consistency to every output — giving the team more time and headspace to focus on ideas rather than production overhead.
