Redcare for nu3 — CRM Redesign
Redesigned a standalone email to enhance the customer journey and boost brand awareness.
Challenge
Redcare Pharmacy (formerly Shop Apotheke Europe) is Europe’s leading online pharmacy, serving 13.7 million active customers. As nu3’s parent company, Redcare presented an opportunity to raise the bar on how nu3 spoke to its customers via email — with an existing CRM template that lacked visual impact and wasn’t driving meaningful engagement.
Approach
I audited the existing template and redesigned it from the ground up, focusing on:
- Restructuring the layout to improve visual hierarchy and scannability.
- Designing a cleaner, more engaging experience that guides the reader towards action.
- Keeping the design consistent with nu3’s brand identity while meeting Redcare’s standards.
Solution
The redesigned email brought a cleaner structure, stronger visual hierarchy, and more targeted product selection. The result was a more coherent customer communication — one that reinforced brand trust and made it easier for recipients to engage and convert.
